HubSpot has released two updates that make collaboration across teams significantly easier.
Core Seat users can now access Sales Documents, Email Templates, and Snippets—tools that were previously more limited or required Sales Hub or Service Hub seats for broader use.
One of the biggest changes is expanded access to Sales Documents.
Core Seat users can now access document libraries, and the document limit has increased dramatically from 5 documents to 5,000 documents per account.
For many organizations, this removes a long-standing barrier where team members needed a Sales Hub or Service Hub seat simply to access customer-facing collateral.
HubSpot has also expanded access to Email Templates and Snippets for Core Seat users.
In addition, the account-level template limit has doubled from 5,000 to 10,000 templates.
This makes it easier for teams across sales, customer success, operations, onboarding, support, and leadership to access approved messaging without requiring additional seat upgrades.
At first glance, these may seem like small product updates.

As organizations begin managing thousands of documents, snippets, and templates, naming conventions become increasingly important.
Consider creating standards for:
Without clear governance, content libraries can quickly become difficult to navigate and maintain.
More access is almost always a good thing.
These updates help remove barriers between teams and make HubSpot a more collaborative platform for organizations that rely on shared content and customer communications.
Just remember: greater access often leads to more content. And more content requires stronger organization.
The teams that establish naming conventions and governance standards early will be the ones that get the most value from these expanded capabilities.
